Samik guides Itkhola to big victory

Online Staff/SILCHAR, Dec 24: A terrific spell from pacer Samik Das guided Itkhola AC to register six wickets victory over Town Club in the Super Division Cricket League match held at the Satindra Mohan Dev Cricket Stadium here today. Samik gave his side the upper hand once Town Club won the toss and elected to bat first. The pacer, took 6-27 in his eight overs spell, helped Itkhola AC to restrict Town Club 86 in 25.2 overs. Itkhola AC chased the target in 21.1 overs losing four wickets. Biplab Saikia remained not out on 40.
