GUWAHATI: With the second ODI set for September 30 at Barsapara's ACA Stadium, the Indian and West Indies cricket teams are scheduled to reach Guwahati on Monday.
As per the schedule, both India and the West Indies will fly from Thiruvananthapuram and are expected to land in Guwahati around 5:15 PM.
For the West Indies cricket team, Guwahati is no new destination. They have visited the city on four earlier occasions—in 1983, 1987, 1994, and 2018. The city's Nehru Stadium hosted their first three matches, while the fourth was played at the ACA Stadium, Barsapara.
Although both teams arrive in Guwahati tomorrow, there will be no net sessions for either side on the day. Both the West Indies and India will visit the ACA Stadium on Tuesday for their net practice.
